Whether the ceremony is traditional or contemporary in nature,
I’ve helped many brides and grooms choose music for their wedding ceremony
that best reflects their unique personality and desires.

A wedding consultation at one of my teaching studios is included in the price
of your ceremony package. At the consultation I will play short excerpts of
popular wedding music for you, and discuss ceremony details, then together we will find
the perfect pieces to suit your unique wedding ceremony. Please see below for some
of the most reqested songs in my repertoire, listen to sound clips (sound clips coming soon...), and for wedding ceremony music suggestions. Wedding consultations usually last thirty minutes to one hour. Please
contact me regarding availability and pricing for
wedding ceremonies (see below for basic package prices) and to schedule
an appointment for your free wedding consultation.

The following is included with your ceremony package:
Prelude Music-
I perform 20-30 minutes of music while the guests are being seated. This music is typically soft and romantic background music that combines with the location and flowers to set the desired mood for the occasion.

Processional Music- This is music played as the mothers & grandmothers are being seated, and as the members of the wedding party and the bride walk down the isle. Processionals are typically regal marches or quietly majestic pieces performed at an easy walking tempo.

The Ceremony- Special music solos can be requested for moments during the ceremony such as: communion, a time of prayer and meditation, or lighting the unity candle, etc.

Recessional Music- This is performed at the end of the ceremony while the bride & groom and members of the wedding party march back down the isle. One short piece that has a quick tempo with a happy and brilliant tone is usually selected for this portion of the ceremony.

Postlude Music- Immediately following the ceremony, I will play 5-10 minutes of music as your guests retire to the recepion.

Overall, my goal is to help you create the ceremony you want. Always feel free to ask me if you want to include something you don't see here. Also, not every part of the ceremony must be played by the harp. For example, some couples may want their church organist to play the processional and recessional, or perhaps you would like a vocalist you know to sing a solo prior to or during the ceremony. I will gladly accomodate these, and many more possible variations!

Also - don't forget that harp music can add a beautiful touch to your wedding in other places besides the ceremony! Some typical event additions include the following ideas:
Engagement Parties
Bridal Shower
Brides' Maids Luncheon
Rehearsal Dinner
Reception Cocktail Hour
Reception Dinner Music
Out of town guest Brunch
